Jay Carroll, formerly of Rogues Gallery, will grace the spring/summer cover of Refueled magazine. I'll be hanging out, interviewing and shooting a "Behind-the-Cover" episode with Jay at this years music, film, and interactive conference and festival SXSW in March.
