I never anticipated that the news about the Refueled Magazine Fifth Issue Release Bash, being held in Dallas on June 5th, would grow and spread like wildfire. The calls, emails and texts continue to come in from coast to coast, trying to secure a place on the guest list. The two musical guest performing at the event has indeed added to the excitement.
Headlining is Ohio-based, indie trio Black Owls, a band that definitely embraces their Mott the Hoople, Kinks, Who & Stones Influences. The band will perform a full-blown, plugged in rockin’ set along with a special stripped-down acoustic performance.
Opening the night with an acoustic set is Nashville’s Alt-Country singer/songwriter Joshua Black Wilkins. Jousha Black has shared the stage with the likes of Johnny Cash, Ryan Adams & Uncle Tupeio.
Both performance will be video taped and available on the Refueled magazine website & blog.
The night promises a great celebration of style, music & life, which is Refueled magazine.
