Spent a couple of days deep in the woods in a very old log cabin, reflecting on the year, gathering inspiration for Refueled and catching up on much needed R&R.

Fire going the entire time as the temperatures dove towards freezing. Plaid blankets also kept things warm.

Our vehicle for driving the surrounding woods and gathering fire wood was a vintage 1967 Jeep 4WD Kaiser M-725 Army ambulance.

Mushrooms and steam rising off the lake.

Names and initials of those that came before us.
